Peacefully in hospital aged 61 years and of Parc Capel, Lixwm.

Loving brother and brother-in-law of Chris, Ian and Lee and a devoted uncle, nephew and cousin. Adrian will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Michael's Church, Brynford on Wednesday, 30th July at 2.00pm followed by Interment at the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations in memory of Adrian will be gratefully received towards North Clwyd Animal Rescue (NCAR), Trelogan.
